Evelyn'S Low-Fat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. raisins
    9 c. Raisin Bran or Bran Buds, All Bran or any bran cereal
    5 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 egg whites or Egg Beaters
    1 c. oil
    1 qt. low-fat buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix together dry ingredients. Mix buttermilk, egg and oil together and add to dry ingredients. Let sit in refrigerator overnight. May be stored in fridge up to 6 weeks. Take out what you want and leave the rest in the refrigerator. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
