No Cook Cucumber Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. cucumbers, sliced (don't peel)
    3 green peppers, cut in strips
    2 onions, medium sliced
    2 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. pickling salt
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt, celery seed, turmeric and vinegar, then pour over cucumbers, green peppers and onions.
    Put in quart jars and refrigerate.
    Makes approximately three quarts.
    Keeps all winter.
