Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine
    3 eggs
    2 medium bananas, peeled and mashed (about 1 c.)
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and soda.
    Cream butter or margarine with sugar until fluffy in a large bowl.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool on rack.
    Wrap and store overnight for easier slicing.
