Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 small can chopped green chilies
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 bag taco flavored Doritos, crushed
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground meat and onion, seasoned with salt and pepper. Drain.
    Mix with chicken and mushroom soups, evaporated milk, green chilies and enchilada sauce.
    Layer all ingredients, beginning with meat mixture and ending with Doritos and cheese. Place in a large greased casserole dish or 2 small dishes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
