Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts or 1 fryer
1 1/2 c. broth from chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 packs Ritz crackers
1 tsp. poppy seed
1 stick melted butter
Preparation
-
Boil chicken until tender.
Cool, then rip apart.
Mix broth with cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
Layer chicken with sauce mix.
On top, spread mixture of Ritz crumbs, melted butter and poppy seed.
