Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple (packed in its own juice)
    15 large marshmallows
    1 small pkg. sugar free orange jello
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (fat free)
    1 small can mandarin oranges
    1 small container Cool Whip (lite)
    water
Preparation
    Drain juice off crushed pineapple.
    Add enough water to make 2 cups; put in medium saucepan.
    Add marshmallows and cream cheese. Cook over medium heat until cheese and marshmallows melt, using a whisk to blend.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in jello, blending with the whisk.
    Cool on counter for 15 to 20 minutes.
    In a mixing bowl, blend jello mixture, crushed pineapple, oranges (keep about 8 out to decorate the top) and Cool Whip.
    Pour into a pretty glass bowl; place the 8 oranges for top.
    Refrigerate; serve when set.
