Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 small or 6 large chicken breasts, cooked and coarsely cut up
    2 small cans water chestnuts, sliced
    1 1/2 c. seedless grapes, halved
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large can pineapple tidbits
Preparation
    Combine the mayonnaise, curry powder, soy sauce, lemon juice and pineapple tidbits.
    Mix all ingredients and chill several hours before serving.
    (Better made a day ahead.)
