Tara'S Orange Juice Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. orange juice, fresh or frozen

Preparation

Crumble flour, sugar and margarine until mixture is like cornmeal.
Set aside 1 cup of this mixture along with the cinnamon for the topping.
Add baking powder to rest of mixture and blend well.
Beat eggs, blend with orange juice and mix lightly into crumb mixture.
Pour into greased 8-inch pan.
Sprinkle the 1 cup of crumb mixture over batter.
Sprinkle cinnamon over crumb mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
