Tangy Broiled Potato Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. bottled Italian salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick.
    Toss with 2 tablespoons dressing.
    Place on rack in broiling pan.
    Broil at closest position to heat.
    Broil 15 minutes or until tender, turning once and brushing with remaining dressing.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Serves 4.
