Sausage And Vegetable Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fresh italian sausage links cut into 1/2 inch pieces
    1 med. onion, sliced
    1/2 green and red pepper, sliced
    4 med. red potatoes, sliced
    2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown sausage, drain meat, add onion and peppers; saute until vegetables are tender.
    Add potatoes and water; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Yield: 2 servings.
