Low-Fat Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. imitation crab meat
8 oz. fat-free sour cream
1/2 c. nonfat mayo
1 pkg. dry vegetable soup
1 small onion, diced
wheat crackers (for dipping)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until vegetables are
moistened. Serve with wheat crackers.
