Irish Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

potatoes, sliced
oil
vinegar
celery, chopped
onion, chopped
salt and pepper
mayonnaise
Preparation

Boil potatoes until just tender, then let get cold.
Cut potatoes into slices.
Pour oil over potatoes just enough to coat them.
Pour small amount of white vinegar over them.
Stir.
Add chopped celery and chopped onion.
Also add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix in mayonnaise as you desire.
Tastes best if left overnight.
