Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 yellow squash, diced
    2 to 3 carrots, grated
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 bag herbed stuffing mix
    4 to 5 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook squash; drain.
    Cook carrots and onions until tender; drain.
    Add soup to squash, carrots and onions.
    Add sour cream. Add melted margarine to the herbed stuffing mix.
    Put 2/3 of stuffing mix in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Add squash mixture and top with rest of stuffing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
