Mawmaw'S Moist Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper (if desired)
1 large onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen Chef's seasoning
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sage (if desired) or poultry seasoning
6 eggs, beaten well
enough broth to mix well
cornbread
1 large box Stove Top dressing
1 large hen
Preparation

Cook cornbread.
Crumble to make 4 cups.
Boil and debone 1 large hen.
Add 1 large box Stove Top dressing according to directions, using broth instead of water and add to other dressing mix. Be sure it is very moist.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until all vegetables are well done.
If dry before done, add extra broth.
