Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 green sweet peppers
2 tsp. salt
2 qt. boiling water
2 c. cooked rice
2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. tomato juice
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 c. drained tomatoes
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
2 c. cooked meat (ground)
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Wash peppers, remove seeds and stems from the tops.
Cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
Combine rice, meat, tomatoes, onion, salt and pepper.
Stuff preboiled peppers.
Mix crumbs and butter.
Sprinkle on top of peppers.
Put peppers in casserole with tomato juice.
Bake at 375\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
