Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) box long grain and wild rice
    1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup
    2 c. frozen diced chicken
    1 lb. broccoli, chopped
Preparation
    Prepare long grain and wild rice according to package while rice is cooking.
    Saute mushrooms, onions and celery in butter until tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
    When rice is done, stir in condensed mushroom soup, diced chicken, broccoli and pepper.
    Add sauteed vegetables and pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
