Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients in large bowl of mixer.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add vanilla. Sift flour, soda and cream of tartar. Add flour mixtures in four different times, beating well after the first 3 times.
This is a soft dough, so chill in the refrigerator overnight before cooking.
