Mock Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 c. zucchini
2/3 c. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 sticks oleo
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Peel zucchini and remove seeds and lose pulp.
Slice like apples for pie.
Cook until tender in lemon juice; add sugar and spices.
Let cool.
