Pan-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frying chicken, cut into pieces
6 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. milk
shortening or oil
Preparation

Mix egg and milk together.
Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture, then shake chicken in a paper bag containing flour, salt, paprika and pepper, until evenly coated.
Spread on rack to dry coating.
