Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
2 Tbsp. water
1 (17 1/4 oz.) pkg. frozen puff pastry, thawed
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly grease 2 sheet pans.
Beat egg with water.
Lay thawed puff pastry on clean surface and brush each piece with egg wash.
Sprinkle cheese over egg mixture and pat down.
