Meatball Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 qt. spaghetti sauce
    6 crusty rolls, split and toasted
    6 slices Mozzarella
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine meat, egg, bread crumbs and seasonings.
    Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
    In a large skillet, thoroughly brown meatballs on all sides in vegetable oil; drain fat.
    Add sauce; cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Fill rolls with sliced meatballs.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
