Blanche'S Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt. Cut shortening into mixture with knife or pastry tool until crumbly.
    Stir in milk and vinegar just until mixed.
    Add flour to roll out.
    Handle as little as possible. Bake according to recipe or for pie shell at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes a two crust pie.
    Almost always delicious!
