Breakfast Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    4 slices white bread, cubed
    1 c. grated sharp cheese (Cheddar)
Preparation
    Saute sausage until done; drain on paper towels and set aside. Beat eggs in a bowl.
    Add milk, salt and mustard.
    In bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish, arrange bread cubes in layer. Top with sausage, sprinkle on cheese.
    Pour on egg mixture over all.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cover with foil after half way cooked.
