Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 chicken
1 can Ro-Tel
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken
1 can chicken broth
1 large pkg. Doritos

Preparation

Boil chicken until tender and remove meat from bones.
In large casserole dish, layer chicken and Doritos.
Mix soup, tomatoes and broth together and pour over chicken and Doritos. Top with lots of grated Cheddar cheese and bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbly.
