Janet'S Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. onions
    4 c. cabbage
    4 c. green tomatoes
    4 c. cucumbers
    12 green peppers
    6 red peppers
    3 hot peppers (about 4 c.)
    1/2 c. pickling salt
    6 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    4 c. cider vinegar
    1 big tsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. turmeric
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Chop the vegetables medium with meat grinder blade.
    Add pickling salt; let stand overnight.
    Wash and drain well.
    Boil the sugar, water, cider vinegar, celery seed, turmeric and mustard seed.
    Add vegetables; bring just to a boil.
    Seal in canning jars.
