Hot Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

8 c. margarine
4 bottles Tony's hot sauce
2 c. fresh lemon juice
12 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
10 tsp. dried oregano
2 Tbsp. dried basil
1 Tbsp. dried marjoram
4 tsp. dried rosemary
4 tsp. dried thyme
4 tsp. garlic salt
200 chicken wings
Preparation

Combine the first 10 ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for several minutes or until well blended. Let stand until cool. Rinse the chicken wings, drain well and pat dry. Place the wings in a large container and add the marinade, mixing to coat well. Marinate the wings in the refrigerator for 3 hours or longer. Drain the wings, reserving the marinade. Arrange the wings in a single layer in foil-lined baking pans. Brush generously with the reserved marinade. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Brush with reserved marinade. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes longer or until the wings are crispy. Arrange the wings on serving platter. Yield: 200 chicken wings.
