Vinegar Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 heaping tsp. cocoa
    3 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients into 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Then add liquids, mix with fork.
    Do not grease pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
