Tropical Fruit Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 papaya, seeded, peeled and diced
    1 mango, peeled, pitted and diced
    1 kiwi, peeled and diced
    1 c. diced fresh pineapple
    1 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1/8 c. honey
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Place papaya, mango, kiwi, pineapple and vinegar in heavy saucepan.
    Cook 5 to 7 minutes over medium heat.
    Cool mixture in refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes.
