Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 bunch broccoli, cut into spears
    3 to 4 carrots, diagonally sliced
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    On 15-inch round glass dish, place head of cauliflower in center.
    Arrange broccoli and carrots around outside.
    Pour butter over veggies.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
    Cover with plastic wrap, turning back one edge to vent.
    Microwave at High for 17 to 19 minutes.
    Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
