No-Cook Marshmallow Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Karo white syrup
    1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and salt with electric beater until soft peaks form.
    Add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating until smooth and glossy.
    Continue beating and add Karo syrup a little at a time, until frosting peaks.
    Fold in vanilla.
    Makes enough frosting for 2 (9-inch) layers.
