Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Stir in 2 cups of rhubarb, cut in small pieces.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Sprinkle mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon on top of cake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
