Sugarless Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped prunes
1 c. raisin
1 c. cold water
1 stick melted margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. plain flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Boil dates, prunes and raisins in 1 cup water for 3 minutes. Add margarine and let cool.
Mix flour, soda, salt and spices, sifting together.
Mix with fruit mixture.
Add eggs, nuts and vanilla.
Stir with spoon (do not use mixer) to blend.
Pour into baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
