Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped and thawed
6 oz. cottage cheese
1 small onion, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) box corn muffin mix
1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and bake in a 10-inch skillet at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serves 8.
