Daddy'S Deer Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 sticks butter
    1 apple
    1 onion
    1 c. barbecue sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. blackberry wine (optional)
Preparation
    Place roast in baking bag.
    Slice apples and onions and place on roast.
    Add all other ingredients in bag.
    Seal bag and punch a few holes in it.
    Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350\u00b0 until tender.
