Wreck On The Mountain - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 head red cabbage
    4 medium to large potatoes, peeled
    1 large onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put oil in large skillet. Finely chop all ingredients. Fry until done (making sure potatoes are done). Serve with any meat or by itself with ketchup or beans and cornbread.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4 to 6.
