Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease tube pan. Combine butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and add to egg mixture alternately with sour cream.
Spread 1/3 of batter in tube pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the filling and repeat two more times. Bake 60 minutes.
