Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa
pinch of salt
3 egg yolks
1 c. regular sweet milk
1 c. Pet milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift the first 4 ingredients together.
Beat in egg yolks.
Add all of the milk and vanilla.
Cook, stirring constantly until thick, over low flame or over boiling water in double boiler.
Pour into cooked pie shell.
Cover with meringue made with whites from eggs and 2 tablespoons sugar per egg.
Brown in a 400\u00b0 oven.
