Crock-Pot Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    3 Tbsp. soya sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    onion rings (raw)
    green peppers, sliced
Preparation
    Cut steak into pieces.
    Roll in flour.
    Put in bottom of crock-pot.
    Stir soya sauce and molasses together and spoon over meat.
    Cover with layers of onion rings, sliced mushrooms and green peppers.
    Add tomatoes over everything.
    Cook on low setting for eight hours.
