Phyllis' French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 stick oleo
    1 can coconut
    1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
