Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 ears corn, cut off
    4 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar (white)
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 large green pepper
    1 large red pepper
    4 medium onions
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt (to each 4 c. corn)
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients and bring to boil.
    Cook 3 to 5 minutes.
    Pack in clean, hot jars and seal.
