Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. long grain rice
    1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine all ingredients and cook, uncovered, on low heat for 15 minutes.
    Cool, then chill.
    Spoon into dishes and serve with light cream, if desired.
    Makes 4 servings.
