Hot Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 strips bacon
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. croutons
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. bacon fat
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Cut bacon in 1 inch pieces; brown.
    Remove from pan and drain. Hard boil 1 egg; shell and grate.
    To bacon fat, add vinegar, water and sugar.
    Heat to boiling.
    Beat 1 egg in bowl and stir slowly into hot mixture.
    Pour hot dressing over fresh spinach.
    Sprinkle with bacon, grated egg and croutons.
    Serve at once.
