Today'S Poke Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. raw spinach, torn in bite-size pieces
1 lb. raw mustard greens, torn in bite-size pieces
1 c. chopped watercress (3 oz.)
1 c. chopped onion
4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Wash greens. Pat dry. Combine greens, onions and turkey bacon in salad bowl. Toss well. Serve with nonfat Italian dressing. Makes 8 servings.
