Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. diced bananas
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Stir dry ingredients together.
    Add bananas, oil, pineapple and juice and nuts.
    Stir only to blend (do not beat).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Bake in tube pan or Bundt cake pan.
