Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans chicken
1 small onion
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 can chopped chilies
flour tortilla shells
1 can cream of chicken
8 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Mix first four ingredients, using only 4 ounces of the Cheddar cheese.
Spoon into tortilla shells and roll.
Lay rolled shells in baking dish.
Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over tortilla shells.
Top with remaining half of Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
