Artichoke Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green onions
    1 c. rice
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    2 jars marinated artichokes
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 can shrimp, drained
    1 small jar olives
Preparation
    Cook rice in chicken broth, let cool.
    Add onions, green pepper and olives to rice.
    Drain artichokes, saving marinade. Combine marinade, curry powder and mayonnaise until blended.
    Add dressing and artichokes to salad and chill for 24 hours.
    Add shrimp.
