Mashed Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) crust, baked and cooled
    2 c. or more leftover mashed potatoes
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp. dry
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 c. grated orange Cheddar cheese (not low-fat)
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, onion, parsley, lemon juice and paprika.
    Spread evenly into pie crust.
    Top with cheese and bacon.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Can be used as a main course with a salad or as a side dish.
