Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    2 cans mushroom soup
    3 c. New York State cheese, grated
    2 egg yolks
    bread crumbs or potato chips
Preparation
    Mix ingredients (except bread crumbs) and place in greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs or potato chips.
    Cook for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
