Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 pkg. egg noodles
    1 small can corn
    1 small can green peas
    1 pkg. (24 slices) cheese
Preparation
    Brown onion, pepper and ground beef (drain).
    Add to this tomatoes, Ro-Tel tomatoes, taco mix, corn and peas.
    Boil egg noodles until tender.
    Drain.
    Place in casserole half of noodles. Put half of meat mixture over noodles.
    Put layer of sliced cheese, then repeat layers.
    Put in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese melts.
