Ravioli Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. warm water
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Sift flour and salt together and place on board.
Drop eggs in center.
Add butter and mix.
Add enough water to make a rather stiff dough.
Knead until smooth.
Cover; let stand 10 minutes. Divide dough; roll on lightly floured board until very thin.
Fill with cheese or meat mixture and seal.
Pinch the edges together with fingers.
Place in rapid boiling, salted water.
Cook 10 minutes.
Drain and add to spaghetti sauce.
